The Boston Celtics celebrated their fourth annual Pride Night presented by TD Bank when the team took on the Charlotte Hornets. Ava Grant of BAGLY (Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian and Transgender Youth) received the Hero Among Us Award for her LGBTQ+ advocacy in her hometown and beyond. Singing the Natinoal Anthem was Krystofer Maison, queer performer, songwriter and recording artist. We The Females, a Boston-based dance company that empowers women of all ages through art, community service and youth outreach, performed the halftime show. And every fan received a Pride-themed rally towel, which the Celtics arranged in rainbow colors on the back of seats all around the Garden.
