Just two days after a heartbreaking election, members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies gathered to connect, celebrate and reaffirm that hate has no place in the community. With walls decorated with youth art and testimonials, OUT MetroWest’s annual “Come OUT & Celebrate” Gay-la was filled with joy, determination and hope. Some 234 supporters raised $145,734 at the event for the organization’s life-saving programs for LGBTQ+ youth, pre-K through age 29.
