Commonwealth Shakespeare Company held a glittering gala dinner that included a surprise visit from Boston Mayor Michelle Wu. Welcoming the mayor were CSC Artistic Director Steven Maler, Board Chair David Friedman and hosts Ricardo Rodriguez and Michael Kelley. The dinner gala’s other guests included “Macbeth” stars Faran Tahir and Joanne Kelly, who performed a scene from last summer’s production. Other guests included Boston Ballet principal dancer John Lam and husband John Ruggieri, art collectors and philanthropists Robert Wennett and Mario Cader-Frech, and celebrity chef Tiffani Faison, as well as Kerry Healey, Bryan Rafanelli and Diana Rockefeller.
