For the second year, the LGBTQ+ community and allies gatherred on the steps of City Hall to raise the Pride Progress flag for the entire month of June “as a bold and vivid and inclusive symbol of celebration of our LGBTQ+ community,” proclaimed Jim Petosa, chair of the City of Quincy’s LGBTQ Commission.
