Fourteen Gay For Good Boston volunteers gathered at the former Barton Rogers School—the future home of LGBTQ Senior Housing’s Pryde, the first LGBTQ affordable senior housing in the Bay State. There, the volunteers participated in a labor-intensive job, carrying desks, tables and chairs from the upper three floors to the first floor and sorting them by room, where they’re being donated to teachers. Some volunteers also sorted books. Gay For Good-Boston volunteers donate their time to community service projects at a variety of nonprofits and local community groups. More: gayforgood.org/boston
