Hundreds of LGBTQA sports fans came together to bring back a 35-year tradition at the 2021 Chandler Street Block Party, sponsored by the Boston Alliance of Gay Sports (BAGS) and the Trophy Room bar. Proceeds went toward a new BAGS scholarship fund to help the LGBTQA+ community with college and sports league costs. The Boston Alliance of Gay Sports seeks to promote and encourage inclusivity, unity and collaboration among the recreational and competitive LGBTQ+ sports leagues in the greater Boston area.
