More than 500 supporters raised over $370,000 for Fenway Health and AIDS Action at Boston’s 2021 AIDS Walk & Run. The funds help provide care and services to those living with HIV and to prevent new infections. For this 36th year, the AIDS Walk & Run Boston moved to a new autumn date and location at DCR’s Carson Beach in South Boston. It was a day of celebration, featuring the Walk/Run, followed by performances, food and fun for all ages. Not to be deterred by COVID, participants, masked and in-person, joined virtual walkers, adopting a hybrid model to make this annual major fundraising event a success.
