Macy Gray performed a Concert for Equality at the Wilbur Theater Sept. 30. Proceeds benefitted MassEquality, a grassroots organization in the state working to achieve full equality for the LGBT Community. About 500 concert-goers, including 100 young people, whose tickets were paid for by corporate sponsors, enjoyed Gray’s songs from her new album “The Sellout.” About 100 people attended the VIP reception with Gray after the concert at the W Hotel.
