The 35th Provincetown Swim for Life & Paddler Flotilla took place under bright sun and blue skies along the East End shoreline of magnificent Provincetown Harbor. Watch Parties cheered the swimmers from the shore of the 1.2-mile route to the town’s new Cannery Wharf Park. Hundreds greeted the swimmers on the beach and under the big tent, where all feasted at the Mermaid Brunch, catered by Far Land Provisions, and were entertained by the inimitable Zoe Lewis. A freshwater Swim was also held at Great Pond Wellfleet. This post-Labor Day community tradition and fundraiser supports AIDS, women’s health and the community. Take the next plunge Sept. 9, 2023!
