Prior to COVID, Boston’s annual Toys for Joys — one of the brightest, feel-good shindigs on the LGBTQA calendar — drew hundreds who together purchased over $100,000 worth of gifts each year to help less fortunate families during the holidays.
The good news is that COVID didn’t slow down the gifting. Last year alone, they collected and distributed over 8,000 gifts! Now in 2024, they’re working hard to gather gifts and get them out by December 17.
