The 37th installment of this annual aquatic fundraiser for Cape Cod service organizations is throwing a new number at us: In addition to the traditional 1.2-mile swim in Provincetown Harbor, a half-mile swim has been added by organizers. (There’s also a one-mile swim across Wellfleet’s Great Pond.) Brush up on your breaststroke or join up with a Watch Party to cheer on swimmers as they paddle in support of AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod, Helping Our Women, the Provincetown Rescue Squad Organization and Native Land Conservancy, among the dozen-plus beneficiaries.
