Provincetown Swim for Life & Paddler Flotilla returns for the 38th time to Provincetown Harbor — and Great Pond in Wellfleet — for the 38th time on Saturday, September 6. The Provincetown Harbor event has two swim routes along the shallow East End shoreline, a 1.2-mile Swim and Half-Mile Swim; Wellfleet’s Great Pond is 1 mile. For those on the harbor shore, consider organizing a private Watch Party (Contact: jay@thecompact.org) to cheer the swimmers on along the Swim route. Watch spots include the Cape Codder Guest House (570 Commercial), St. Marys (enter at 521 Commercial) and Angel Foods (467 Commercial).
