Nobody rocks out like this out icon. She’s been the soundtrack to an entire era of music—from the rawness of her 1988 debut to the chart-topping heights of ’90s hits like “Come to My Window” and “I’m the Only One,” and through a continuous series of stellar subsequent albums. (Check out her latest record “One Way Out,” a collection of songs written in her early career that are finally seeing the light of day.) Listening to her catalogue never gets old, but seize the opportunity to see Etheridge where she really shines, live on stage. In a word: outstanding.
