Applications are now available to live in The Pryde, the Bay State’s first affordable housing project for LGBTQ seniors in the state. The Pryde will occupy the entire, renovated Rogers School in the Hyde Park neighborhood in Boston, and, in addition to affordable senior housing, it will serve as an LGBTQ community center for people of all ages and will include a classroom, library and art exhibition space.
The application period will be open for seven weeks. The deadline for submitting lottery application is Thursday, Feb. 22. Lottery applications must be submitted online or postmarked no later than February 22. This is NOT first come/first served — all completed applications submitted by the February 22nd deadline will be in the same lottery pool. Please note that you can also submit your lottery application independently online or by mail. You are not required to attend an event to apply. You can apply anytime before February 22. Visit thepryde.com to start your application.
