Provincetown is getting ready to bid farewell to 2022 and welcome in 2023 with First Light (Dec. 29–Jan. 1), their final celebratory weekend of the year, with fireworks, entertainment, dance parties, special dinners at local restaurants, end-of-year sales and the annual Provincetown Polar Bear Plunge.
“It has been an incredible year with record numbers of visitors, new events, and new businesses that added so much to our vibrant queer destination,” said Stephan Hengst, executive director of the Provincetown Business Guild (PBG). “We are eager to share all the unique experiences, events, and theme weeks in store for visitors throughout 2023.”
