On Transgender Day of Visibility 2022, Fenway Health is celebrating a milestone in transgender and gender diverse care with the official launch of “Transgender and Gender Diverse Health Care: The Fenway Guide.” As the first case-based textbook to address the comprehensive health care needs of transgender and gender diverse adults, this book will change lives. Its official launch event takes place at the Boston Public Library’s main branch in Copley Square (and online). There’ll be editors, select contributors and thought leaders in the trans community who will uplift with stories that inform and inspire their work. Panelists include Dr. Alex S. Keuroghlian, Dr. Jennifer Potter, Athena Vaughn, leader of the Trans Resistance Movement. The event is free and open to the public.
