Hairy but not-so-scary times await at this annual Provincetown gathering spearheaded by the Northeast Ursamen, an organization for the region’s bear community—as well as the cubs, otters and other hot and hirsute folks who admire them. This year’s installment takes a cue from the upcoming season of “American Horror Story” that was filmed in P’town, and it boasts an event lineup that includes a ghost tour, costume ball and more. The Crown & Anchor resort will serve as home base, but make a point to head to Provincetown Town Hall on Saturday, October 30, when RuPaul’s Drag Race season nine winner Sasha Velour will stage a freaky Spooky Bear weekend show.
