At their 22nd Annual Spirit of Justice Award Dinner on October 21, the Boston-based GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) will honor civil rights leader Kylar Broadus, Esq. with its 2021 Spirit of Justice award. The event will be held at Boston’s Park Plaza Hotel with both in-person and virtual event tickets available.
Kylar Broadus is a trailblazing transgender rights pioneer. A Black trans man, attorney, author, professor, and founder of the Trans People of Color Coalition, his legal expertise and advocacy have advanced civil rights for transgender people over decades.
GLAD’s Spirit of Justice Award Dinner is a powerful event that brings together supporters of LGBTQ equality for an opportunity to unite in resistance, look toward a future of true justice, and support GLAD’s life-changing mission.
