AIDS Walk & Run Boston has a new date and location this year—Sunday, September 26, on DCR’s Carson Beach in South Boston. Plans are for a day of celebration, featuring the Walk/Run, followed by performances, food and fun for all ages. And while they hope everyone will join them, masked and in person, they’re also welcoming virtual walkers again this year, adopting a hybrid model for their 36th annual major fundraising event. Every year, hundreds of all ages walk, run and otherwise participate to support Boston’s Fenway Health and AIDS Action’s essential programs and services to support those living with and at risk of contracting HIV as they work to get to zero new infections in Massachusetts.
