Harbor to the Bay’s 19th annual Boston-to-Provincetown biking benefit will remain primarily virtual again this year, but H2B organizers checked in with participants and found the desire to come together to ride is more important than the distance ridden. So the tentative date for rides is Sept 18, and there’ll be two routes: one in Boston, the other in P’town, and both are 20–30 miles long. The annual H2B ride benefits four local HIV/AIDS care, prevention and research organizations — Fenway Health, AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod, Community Research Initiative and AIDS Action. Since the ride began in 2003, it has raised more than six million dollars for these life-saving organizations.
