Move over, Spice Girls—here comes the Connecticut Gay Men’s Chorus with a concert sure to fire up the Anglophiles among us. “The British Are Coming!” features a hit list of songs from the UK’s biggest acts: David Bowie? Check. George Michael? Absolutely. Adele? You bet. It’s a live show that will transform the Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center into an evening at Wembley, and we can’t wait to see and hear how the chorus puts its own accent on familiar favorites. Not since RuPaul’s Drag Race UK have this many queens made us clap for the Union Jack.
