Here’s one silver lining to the pandemic: Many arts organizations are discovering all-new, entirely virtual ways to peel back the curtain on upcoming productions. Cambridge’s lauded American Repertory Theater is no exception with its “Behind the Scenes” series, which will next give culture vultures an inside look at “The Circle of Becoming.” The upcoming musical fairy tale, the latest piece to be directed by ART’s Tony-winning artistic director Diane Paulus, is about a group of teenagers who discover unexpected special powers in their quest to save the planet. Wondering what that means? Score some clues straight from marquee members of the creative team: iconic playwright V (formerly known as Eve Ensler), celebrated actor-singer Idina Menzel and Grammy-nominated queer artist and songwriter Justin Tranter. They’ll share stories, songs and sneak peeks of what to expect. Tickets are $20 or pay-what-you-can.
