The Theater Offensive’s premier annual fundraiser, “Beyond the Stage” for their LGBTQ youth program — one of COVID-19’s earliest postponed events back in March — has now been rescheduled for November 12. Festivities begin, virtually, at 7 p.m. For details, go to the event’s page at thetheateroffensive.org. At the event, the 2020 True Colors Champion Award will go to Myron Miller of the Herman and Frieda L. Miller Foundation. TTO’s 2020 Outstanding Youth Leader Award will go to Chioke Waithe-Howard. Guests will also be treated to performances and testimony that demonstrates how TTO’s community’s generous support impacts the lives of True Colors youth and alums. This year marks 25 years of True Colors programming, plus the first-ever True Colors National Tour.
