In the 2018 Midterm Elections on November 6, Bay State voters must vote Yes on Question 3 to uphold our state law that protects transgender people from discrimination in public places like restaurants and retail shops, passed by a bipartisan vote in the legislature and signed by Governor Charlie Baker in 2016.
This will be the first statewide vote on transgender protections in the entire country, and Freedom Massachusetts, the coalition running the incredible Yes on 3 campaign, is asking every fair-minded person in the state to vote Yes on ballot question 3 so we can uphold dignity and respect for our transgender neighbors.
To find out where you can vote on November 6, go to Freedom Massachusetts’ Election Center webpage, or visit your local municipality’s website.
Freedom Massachusetts is doing amazing work. But they can’t succeed without your vote.
Vote YES on Question 3.
